The new algorithm of nonlinear constrained optimization calculation of critical water depth problem's new algorithm

The nonlinear constrained optimization calculation of critical water depth problem be solved by a new optimization algorithm-Competitive Population Algorithm which through the "double competition" in population and its individuality advanced by this article.Competitive Population Algorithm is a new global optimization algorithm.Through example illustrating and compared with others methods,this article's optimization solve the critical water depth has some merits such as program simple,speedy constriction,exact result.The result come from cut-be-corrected by optimization method.
