Improvement on testing method for parameters of the mudstone of tertiary in Nanning basin

The mudstone of Nanning basin of Guangxi has representative's meanings in Tertiary in China.With the rapid development of urban construction and the length of foundations being longer and longer,the mudstone is often used for the resistant layers,which will result in a lot of indeterminate problems.Therefore,The reliability of the parameter of the mudstone has been queried.Directly against the above question,this article will analyse and summarize them by combining the characteristic of the mud stone of Nanning,the factors of influencing mudstone parameters and the relatively compared test in rooms.And it is discussed how to "resume" the primitive stress state of mudstone from the compared test.Thus it will confirm reliably the parameter of the mudstone in order to play a role in raising the question to break the ice.
