The research of bud restraining's effectiveness by different "Yawei"densities on tobacco

In order to reduce the useless consumption of nutrition in main trunk by axillary bud growth,promote the regular growth of leaves in main trunk.In 2006~2007 an experiment was conducted in the college about the bud restraining's effectiveness and the results showed that comparing with pure water treatment, different "Yawei" densities could effectively constrain axillary buds,increase trunk round and leaf area by 13.12% and 10.46%,leaves yield by 12.57%,and the effectiveness was obvious,among which,1:90 diluent treatment could gain the best result.So to use suitable bud constrainer is a kind of ideal replacement for manpower bud-smearing in production.
