Study on the Meteorological Forecast for Annual Output of Sugarcane in Qinzhou

By way of fuzzy evaluation, the subordinate extent matrix of sugarcane annual output forecast and the matrix among the 5 atmospheric circulating factors, which are closely related in the early stage, under different forecast levels, and the same are regarded as the optional factors of fuzzy commutation matrix R and factor weight A. Then, R and A are established according to the factor values in different year, and the annual output forecast results are obtained by fuzzy mathematical algorithm.
