Metabolites of Brown Alga Endophytic Fungus(No.ZZF36) from the South China Sea

Seven compounds,including 5-hydroxymellein(1),mannitol(2),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),cyclo-(Ala-Val)(4),thymine(5),uracil(6),and succinic acid(7),were isolated from the metabolites of a brown alga(Sargassum sp.) endophytic fungus No.ZZF36.Their structures were elucidated by spectral data.Compound 1 was isolated from brown alga endophytic fungus(Sargassum sp.) for the first time.
