Near IR KTP single-resonant optical parametric oscillator

In this paper, the experimental results of an angle tuning KTP single-resonant optical parametric oscillator (SRO) are reported and analysed. The SHG of a Q-switched Nd : YAG laser is used as pump source. Limited by the bandwidth of the cavity mirror coatings the tunable range is 785 - 1010 nm. The maximum output pulse energy is 2. 4 mJ. The maximum energy conversion efficiency is 26. 3%.
