Department of Pathology, Guangxi Medical College Luo Dianzhong,
The expressions of γ-glutamyl transpeptidases(γ-GT),alphafetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and ferritin in 22 areas of liver cell dysplasia(LCD),40 areas of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and 42 areas of paraneoplastic non-dysplastic liver cells were studied with the histochemical and immunohistochemical methods. There were different degrees of expressions of the 4 tumor markers in LCD,HCC and paraneoplastic non-dysplastic liver cells.LCD was functionally more similar to paraneoplastic non-dysplastic liver cells than to HCC.The possible premalignant conditions of LCD were stressed.
