Optical system design of the collimator with large field of view

Generally,the angular field of view of the collimator is about ±1°.While that of the collimator utilized in the detection of the battle plane is up to±15°,the optical system should be designed specially.Through theoretical calculation and optimum by optical design software Zemax,this paper gave an example of four-separated type optical system,the limiting aperture and look angle of which is Φ100mm and±15°respectively.In addition,detection of the material,processing and assembly during the production of the objective lens group are introduced.
