A method of liquid level monitoring with non-contact based on optical detection technology

To achieve non-contact liquid level monitoring,the output light intensity under different level after the light across the transparent container is analyzed,by using MatLab software simulation and experimental validation,which is based on the optical detection technology.The results show that a pulse of light intensity appears during the process of liquid level going down.Non-contact liquid level monitoring is indirectly achieved by detecting the pulse.This method will not change the components of the solution,which is stable and reliable,and can extend the function.
