Analysis of Grain Dust Explosion Process and Calculation of Explosion Venting Area

LI En-ke (Tangshan Environmental Monitoring Centre Tangshan,Hebei 063000)  
Grain dust explosion process in airtight equipment is analyzed,in which some concepts and formulas are cited,such as hypothesis of model of uniform temperature,change velocity of mass of combustion production and ascending velocity of pressure.Based on these,the explosion venting area are calculated by using methods of K_(?t) and S_t formula in fixed dimenstion equipment,elevator and hop-pocket dust catcher in Canada imported wheat transportation.
