Organization is one major function of management, and the study of organization is of beth the- oretical and practical significance. In the information age, organization change is based on information technol- ogy(IT). For organization managers, it is necessary to build a new organization to maintain competitive advan- tage in the future. The problems of traditional organization in the information age are introduced, and the basic content framework of a new "hybrid" organization model called "information age organization"is put forward.
