Research on Internet-based CRM

ZHOU Shui yin, CHEN Rong qiu (School of Management, Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Wuhan 430074, China)  
It is important for enterprises to communicate effectively with customers and satisfy their different requirements in the new environment. Customer relationship management system has been studied and datamining technology has been applied in CRM system in this article.
