The On-line Self-optimization Fuzzy Control to Excess Air Coefficient of Industrial Boiler

The coal-fired industrial boiler generally has some problems,such as the excess air coefficient is high and the operation thermal efficiency is low. A fuzzy self-optimizing control scheme is proposed in order to improve combustion, which controls the furnace temperature as the index,seeking the optimum excess air coefficient to make the furnace combustion to get the best state. The method increases the automation levels,improves the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler.
