Study and Application of Heating Model for Roller-Hearth Heat Treatment Furnace

To ensure the quality of heating slab, took a flame heating roller-hearth heat treatment furnace as the research object, by analyzing the heat transfer mechanism in furnace, heating model control system of roller-hearth heat treatment furnace were developed in this paper.After this heating model control system was putted into operation, it had been checked by buried thermocouple test and production practice.Experimental results show that the heating model has high accuracy and on-line control system is stable, it meets the production requirements.
