DESIGN FOR AN ANTI BUOYANCE AND ANTI CORROSION STRUCTURE OF THE LARGE SCALE RADIAL THICKENER(85 METER DIA )

Anti buoyancy design for large scale thickener is one of not well solved problems in engineering circles at home now.Anti buoyancy bottom slab with reducing pressure system of drain in the bottom slab is used firstly by the auther to solve the problem in actual engineering in our Country.Great benefits has resulted from the method.The method of using Epoxy resin coated bar is used for the construction of center column for thickener,which prevents the reinforced bar in the foundation of center column from corroding.
