Emergency oronary artery intervention therapy in acute myocardial infarction clinical analysis of 56 cases

Objective To investigate the characteristics of clinical diagnosis in patients with AMI,and to analyze the emergent percutaneous coronary intervention of the safety and effectiveness.Methods From October 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital underwent emergency coronary intervention patients,collected clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Test group of 6 h and emergency percutaneous coronary intervention experts to clear the blood vessels of 28 patients in the control group 6 h underwent emergency percutaneous coronary intervention to clear the blood of 28 patients.Comparative analysis of two groups of patients within 6 months after surgery adverse cardiovascular events occurred more frequently.Results The postoperative clinical control group in the number of adverse clinical events significantly more than the test group,and mortality was also higher than the experimental group,with significant differences(P 0.01).Conclusion AMI patients with clinical symptoms soon after the interventional treatment of blockage of blood vessels can effectively improve the survival rate,lower rate of adverse clinical events after surgery.
