The value of interventional balloon dilation for elderly with lower extremity arterial occlusion

Objective To explore the value of interventional balloon dilation for elderly with lower extremity arterial occlusion.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each 30 cases,the observation group were used interventional balloon dilation and the control group were implemented the open bypass vascular bypass,then the intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared in the two groups.Results In the observation group,operation time was shorter than control group(P 0.05),intraoperative bleeding was less than control group(P 0.05),back ward time and the time of pain were faster than control group(P 0.05),rate of postoperative pain and pulmonary infection were lower than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Compared with open operation,interventional balloon dilation for elderly with lower extremity arterial occlusion has shorter operation time,less bleeding and the postoperative recovery time is quickly and it has less complication,so it is worth the clinical promotion.
