Effect on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with hematologic malignancies by integrated nursing care

Objective To explore the influence on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with hematologic malignancies by integrated nursing care. Methods 100 cases with hematologic malignancies were collected. They were divided into interation group and routine group by the drawing method, there were 50 cases in each group. The routine nursing mode was implemented in the routine group, and the integrative nursing mode was implemented in the integrative group. The degree of anxiety, depression and quality of life before and after the nursing intervention in the two groups were observed, and the satisfaction degree was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the integration group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P 0.05).After the intervention, the pain score in the integration group was lower than that in the routine group, and the scores of physical function, social function, cognitive function and overall health status were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P 0.05).The satisfaction rate in the integration group was higher than that in the routine group(P 0.05). Conclusion To patients with hematologic malignancies, the nursing integration can effectively relieve the negative emotion, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of patients to medical care.
