The value of Cys C combined with β2-MG detection in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum cystatin C(Cys C) and β2 micro globulin(β2-MG) and sugar 24 h urinary protein quantification, and to determine the value of combined detection in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, so as to provide reference for clinical. Methods 77 patients with diabetes diagnosed from November 2016 to May 2017 were divided into blank group(n=24), micro urinary protein group(n=27) and large amount of urine protein group(n=26) according to 24 h urinary protein quantification.The changes of Cys C, β2-MG, serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine and the positive rate in each group were analyzed and compared, and the correlation between Cys C and β2-MG and 24 h UAER was analyzed, so as to judge the value of combined detection in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Results The levels of Cys C(1.07±0.30) mmol/L, β2-MG(2.54±1.45) mmol/L in microalbuminuria group were significantly higher than those in blank group Cys C(0.73±0.10) mmol/L, and β2-MG(1.70±0.29) mmol/L(P 0.05); Micro albuminuria group serum Cys C(51.8%), beta possibility(62.9%) was significantly higher than the serum urea nitrogen(29.6%) and serum creatinine(33.3%)(P 0.05); Both Cys C and β2-MG were positively correlated with 24 h urinary protein quantification(r=0.951,0.804, P 0.05). Conclusion Cys C andβ2-MG has good clinical value in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
