Effect of propofol and sevoflurane on pulmonary shunt and oxygenation in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study and compare the propofol and sevoflurane one-lung ventilation pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the application of the shunt and oxygenation effect. Methods From January 2015 to October 2017,97 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled in this study who underwent single lung ventilation thoracotomy and were classified as grade II or III by ASA.According to the method of random digital table,97 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups:propofol group,sevoflurane group,propofol group,propofol group,and propofol group.In sevoflurane group,propofol and sevoflurane were used to maintain anesthesia.The mean arterial pressure,heart rate,intrapulmonary shunt rate and oxygenation index were compared between the two groups.The recovery of consciousness,the incidence of postoperative complications and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results Five minutes min after one-lung ventilation,propofol and sevoflurane group of mean arterial pressure,heart rate,the lungs Fen Liu Lv,oxygenation index is no statistical significance(P 0.05);One-lung ventilation after 30 min,propofol and sevoflurane group of mean arterial pressure,heart rate,oxygenation index is no statistical significance(P 0.05),and the lungs Fen Liu Lv propofol group was obviously lower sevoflurane group(P 0.05).Two groups of open time,breathing recovery time,swallowing reflex recovery time,recovery time,directional force cognitive function score is no statistical significance(P 0.05),and sevoflurane and propofol group the incidence of postoperative complications compared with no statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Propofol and sevoflurane one-lung ventilation open thoracic surgery anesthesia used in tuberculosis patients can be effective in maintaining stable hemodynamics and oxygenation index,and rapid recovery of consciousness,fewer complications,and propofol can to a certain extent,reduce the lungs shunt.
