Correction Method for Thermal Calculation of a Layer Incinerator and Its Heat Recovery Steam Boiler

A 250 t/d layer incinerator for municipal solid waste and its heat recovery steam boiler is thermal calculated by employing "Boiler Unit Standard method of Thermodynamic Calculation". Taking this calculation as an example, the correction method of the system blackness and the flue gas blackness is proposed, and the impact of both flame center height coefficient and fouling coefficient on the flue gas outlet temperature of the combustion chamber is discussed. Meanwhile, the algorithm of the radiation heat transfer coefficient of flue gas side, the staggered tube bundles cross-flow coefficient, and the total heat transfer coefficient are also discussed.
