Preliminary Analysis of Ash Fusion Character in Coal Combustion ASK

The research status of ash fusion character was summarized,the effect law of different acidic oxides on ash fusion was compared with basic oxides,and the reaction mechanism during the change process was stated.The coal fusion temperature of Baotou Dongsheng Technology Co.,Ltd,was calculated using calculation formula,and the trend along with the change of CaO content was obtained.Combined with the production process of annular shaft kiln(ASK),the coal ash fusion temperature decrease mechanism and the feasibility of slag tapping were preliminary analyzed.
