Design-Expert software design and optimization of the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater with the charcoal cycle micro-electrolysis reactor

Experimental design and result analysis of acrylic fiber wastewater treatment with the charcoal microelectrolysis reactor have been carried out by using Design-Expert 7.1 software.The quantitative relationship model between the COD of acrylic fiber wastewater and influencing factors is obtained,based on the experimental design and analysis.The residual distribution of this wastewater COD removal rate,as well as the COD removal rate isoline and dimension relationship between different influencing factor variables,is also obtained.The optimized results show that the best operation conditions for COD removal rate of acrylic fiber wastewater with charcoal cycle microelectrolysis reactor are obtained by using Design-Expert 7.1.
