The results were as follows: 30 cases with fluorosis of bone were detected in adult group (47 cases). The morbidity was 63.9％. 67 cases with fluorosis of bone were detected in inpuberism group (103 cases). The morbidity was 65.0％. In the 103 cases, 5 cases concurred in fluorsis of bone, osteomalacia and rickets; 22 cases in fluorosis and osteomalacia; 22 cases in fluorosis of bone; 11 cases in osteomalacia; 7 cases in rickets. We consider that the appearance of patients with serious osteomalacia in the fluorosis area is the result of fluoridealuminium combined toxicity.
