A universal fuzzy controller realized on the basis of PLC

This paper gives an account of the design of a PLCbased universal fuzzy controller,which achieves the control function via the method of offline inference and online interpolation bottoming on a lookup table.The fuzzy controller uses the algorithm of increment/position and dead zone fuzzy control output as well as the method of dualistic threepoint interpolation.All of this can improve its performance greatly.The lookup table and the online part are directly loaded into the CPU module so as to meet universal demands.This fuzzy controller can be used as one part of the industrial process control system or as a kind of valuable associated software for analysing and simulating control systems.
