Development of automobile gearbox synchronizer testing system

According to the demand of the automobile gearbox synchronizer test,system construction of the synchronizer test stand and design of control system are introduced.Vector controller is adopted to ensure motor speed stability during synchronizing.All sensor signals are sampled in high-speed and paralleling.And then test results are presented and analyzed.
