In ancient society, women were excluded from the state's public power. However, women of special groups, such as the females of royal families, or government official's wife and mother, can play a unique role in the field of public power in special ways. Women in ancient nomadic countries and farming countries had played a major role in the political power of the country and had exerted a major impact, such as participation in the determination of the abolition of the country's supreme ruler, and in special circumstances, becoming the queen or empress as the country's supreme ruler. In addition, the participation of woman in military and foreign affairs in nomadic countries was more extensive and influenced than their counterparts in farming countries. However, women in nomadic countries less participated in religious affairs and thus interfered with the public powers, exerting less influence, to a narrower extent, than women in farming country.
