Discussions on Pollution Characteristics of PM_(10) and the Relationships between Meteorological Factors in the Western Urban Part of Guiyang City

The samples of PM10 and TSP were systematically collected by month in Cai Jia-guan Campus of Guizhou University in western urban part of Guiyang City in 2008,and the concentration levels,the characteristics of the spacial variations and the relationships between meteorological factors(such as relative humidity,wind speed,pressure and temperature) of PM10 were analyzed in this article.The results show that there were slightly pollutions by PM10 in western urban of Guiyang City.The rate of PM10 which exceeded the standards accounted for 20% in spring,21% in summer and 14% in autumn,the multiples of standard were respectively 0.09-1.81,0.18-1.35,0.08-1.48.The medium value ratio of PM10/TSP was respectively 62% in spring,72% in summer and 69% in autumn,which was similar to Beijing,Xi'an and other cities,but slightly higher than the city of Anyang.The concentrations of PM10 changed very slightly in spring,summer and autumn.The concentrations of PM10 were slightly higher in summer than in autumn,the slightly lowest in spring.The PM10 easily appeared higher concentrations in the summer and late autumn during the daytime,but those of night in the spring.The mass concentrations of PM10 was slightly negatively correlates with the relative humidity and wind speed,positively correlated with the atmospheric pressure,but there is no obvious correlation with temperatures.
