On the theoretical foundation of the relation between the public-welfare and industrial nature of education

YANG Xiao-xia (Higher Education Institute, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou 510405, China)  
The theoretical foundation for the existence as a pair of relation between public-welfare and the industrial nature of education is as follows: from the perspective of public products theory, the two correspond respectively to educational public products attribute and private products attribute; from the perspective of resource distribution, the two correspond to two ways of education resource distribution, i.e. the government and market; finally, from the perspective of income, the two correspond to the social income and personal income from education.
