Analysis of high school administration staff's performance appraisal and suggestions for improvement

Performance appraisal is an effective managerial device.Still,there remain room for development for it during the process of which four principles should be strictly followed: allow for diversity;champion for transparency;maintain the balance of quality and quantity;adopt multi-angle approach.The objectivity and scientific validity of performance appraisal will be greatly enhanced once supplementing measures are taken such as developing ideal position orientation and leadership,motivating reward mechanism as well as efficient communication.
