Construction of Teacher Learning Community in Distance Education Based on Knowledge Management

Based on the analysis of the teacher professionalism development,this paper introduces the idea and method of knowledge management into the field of teacher professionalism development in distance education,and discusses the teacher learning community which is based on knowledge management in distance education.
