High Sulfur Coal Washing Analyzing

HU Qi-bo~1,ZHANG Qin~2(1.Mining School of Guizhou University,Guiyang 550003,China;2.Panbei Coal Washery of Guizhou Panjiang Coal Electricity Group Corporation,Panxia 553531,China)  
Tucheng mine 6#layer and 9#layer belong to middle and high sulfur coal,which have scarcely been exploited.The small quantity of exploitation is sold as electrical coal.Since year of 2004,the output begin to reach 40,000 tons, occupying 20~25% of the mine annual yield.With improvement of the market situation,the price of washed coal maintains at a high level.The coal of these two layers is mixed washing with coal of other layers.Ash content and sulfur content can satisfy the consumer requirement.Through washing treatment,most of the sulfur content enriches to washed reject,thus reduce the contamination of sulfur dioxide.
