ULTRASONIC TREATMENT ACCELERATES IMMOBILIZED LIPASE BIOCONVERSION ORGANSILICON COMPOUND IN ORGANIC SOLVENT

The treatment of immobilized lipase Lipezyme suspended in organic solvent by ultasonic irradication may led to a substantial increase of enzyme activity,The effect of ultrasonic irradiation on Lipase catalysed esterification appears to be depended on the ultrasonic wave frequency,power and way of treatment.The optimization condition of ultrasonic treatment is at a frequency of 20 KHz,with the power of 60 Watt irratiating 30 seconds,followed by an interval of 30 seconds.The mechanism of ultrasonic treatment enhancing catalysis of enzyme is discussed in this paper.
