Ca_XSr_(1-X)S:Mn Phosphors Quick - synthesized by Microwave Rapid Method and Their Fluorescent Properties

Objective: Rapidly synthesizing the mixing host phosphors CaxSr1-xS:Mn by microwave radiation method (MRM), measuring their fluorescent spectra, studying the variation of their fluorescent spectra with x (Ca2+/Ca(2+)+Sr2+) value changing from 1 to 0, in order to find the principle of making phosphors whose fluorescent colors can be adjusted. Method: Microwave rapid radiation method. Contents: Determining the crystal structures of CaxSr1-xS:Mn phosphors with different x value by XRD. Measuring their fluorescent spectra, studying the variation of their fluorescent spectra with x value. Conclusions: With x value changing from 1 to 0, the crystal structures of CaxSr1-xS:Mn phosphors change from the special structure of CaS powder to the mixing structure of CaS and SrS mixing powder until to the special structure of SrS powder, and their fluorescent spectra also change from the special spectra of CaS:Mn phosphors to those of SrS:Mn phosphors. Because of shifting nearly linear emission peak wavelength with x value, some phosphors with adjusting fluorescent colors can be made by adjusting the composition of mixing hosts.
