Study on Anti-oxidation of Three Natural Ethanclic Extracts for Walnut Oil

In order to find the natural anti-oxidation that fitted the walnut oil,this experiment taking POV as evaluation criterion,the antioxidative property of tea,bamboo leaves and walnut shell on walnut oil was comparatively studied during the storage.The results indicated that the ethanclic extract from tea,bamboo leaves and walnut shell has effectiveanti-oxidation for walnut oil,and that the antioxidant effect of 0.06%(w/w) tea and 0.1%(w/w) bamboo leaves ethanclic extraction is better then 0.08%(w/w) walnut shell ethanclic extraction.
