Research of Localizating Mid-shaft in 1.5 MW Wind Energy Set

HUANG Dao-ming(Shanghai Composites Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 201112,China)  
According to design,the organic resin with suited viscosity and good corrosion-resistance and non alkali glass-fibre was selected,the cementing shape was designed,and the intensity of product was calibrated.After trial manufacturing,the product's performance of torsion and fatique was tested,and the results were testified to accord with design and correspond to the performance of the import product.More than 1000 mid-shafts was assembled in the wind energy set used in wind field
