Conflict and Amalgamation: Consideration on Development of Higher Education of Minority in China

QIN Hong-xia (Xiamen Universitiy, Xiamen ,Fujian 361005, China)  
Since 1949, the higher education of minority has made great progress. However, owing to some reasons such as history, geography, economy, cultural ideas and so on, higher education of Chinese minority still presents fairly laggard appearance under the new position, and comes forth issues which worthy of attention. Aiming at these issues, this article analyses cultural causation of these issues, and puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions.
