On Legislation and Practice of Labor Arbitration of South Africa:Take the View of the Case of Toyota South Africa Motors Ltd v David Keith Lewis,Hilda Grobler N.O.,Commission for Conciliation,Mediation and Arbitration

The labor arbitration system of South Africa is the important mode of dealing with the labor dispute in South Africa. Taking the viewpoint of using the case to analyze the laws,the article takes the case of Toyota South Africa Motors Ltd v David Keith Lewis,Hilda Grobler N. O.,Commission for Conciliation,Mediation and Arbitration as an example,discussing the basic content of labor arbitration system of South Africa,such as the concept,the general procedure,and the features,through the introduction,analysis and problem research of the case. Finally,combining with the reality of the system of labor arbitration of our country,and pointing out that the deficiencies of the system of labor arbitration of China and proposing the suggestions for improving it,such as paying more attention on the authority,the solemnity,the judicature,simple,quick and economy.
