Study on antibiotic action of abstracted material from ginger and water chedtuht's skin

The paper studies the antibiotic action of meterials to be Anxed by ginge and water chestunt's skin. The results showed that inhibiting bacteriam and molds saccarornyces cerevisiac were optimurn to mix abstracted meterials of ginger and water chestumt's skin are in the ratio of 5 to 5 under certain. they are characteried by its heat stable and widy pH range in antimicrobe. They had antiseptic action on food
