Study on supercritical CO_2 extraction of hop concrete

Sui Xiao et al.  
Orthogonal contrast about 4 factors 3 levels of the main factors which have influence on the extraction of hop with supercritical C02 were studied. The results obtained showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extrating in a pressure 25MPa at 45oC for 3h with 271L/h of C02 flow. The yield of hop was 94.9%.
