The review of Citrus flavonoids in antioxidant activity

A review was made on the antioxidant activity and its relation to the structure of citrus flavonoids in the respects of their capacities of quenching singlet oxygen,scavenging superoxides and hydroxyl radical and inhibiting lipoperoxidation.
