Investigation and Application of the Brewing Starch Syrup in China

Lately great attention has been paid to the brewing starch syrup and it has a bright application future. We conclude the syrup from all aspects, including its classification, composition, characteristics, product process and practice application etc. It gives some directions in the application and can help the syrup widely used in the beer industry.
