Preparation to Produce GABA

GABA is one of the most important materials to transfer nerve information by restraining. It is widely both in the prokaryotic creature and eukaryote. Front body of GABA is glutamic acid(L),which can be made into GABA by GABAT as catalyst. In this article GABA’s function、distribution and processing with effect factors were all introduced briefly.
