The Nutritive-Health Value and Development of Pumpkin

The pumpkin is a natural hypoglycemic functional food with the great potential and value to utilize. In this paper,the nutritive value and medical health function of pumpkin are reviewed in brief,and some ways to develop and utilize comprehensively pumpkin are introduced.
