Isolation and Identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from Maoli

The isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain from seafood Maoli were studied by several methods, including bacterial morphological observation, halophilic test, cytochrome oxidase test, indole test, lysine decarboxylase test, arginine digydrolase hydorlysis, Voge-Proskauer test, sucrose fermentation, and O/F test. Result showed that two strains isolated from seafood Maoli were identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
