ALL SOLID STATE ULTRAVIOLET LASER

All solid state ultraviolet laser with a resonant enhanccement cavity is reported A frequency quadrupled Nd∶YVO 4 laser pumped by LD is described The Nd∶YVO 4 laser with intracavity freqency doubled generate green laser and deliver into a enhancement resonant cavity for frequency quadrupled The laser has generated ultravoilet light at 266nm with low threshold
