THE NUMERICAL CALCULATION OF THE SYSTEM PARAMETERS IN THE CCD DISPLACEMENT TRANSDUCER

An optical image system of intersection which consists of a laser,an objective and CCD is often used for contactless displacement measurement.Because of the errors in the process of manufacture and assembly,the actual parameters values of measurement system are not identical with that of theoretical designed.It is very important to get the accurate values of these parameters.The formulas of the CCD displacement transducer are derived in this paper.A numerical approach of the system parameters in the CCD displacement transducer is given.The experiment shows that a high measurement accuracy can be obtained.
