THE EVOLUTION OF ONE-DIMENSIONAL PHOTONIC BAND GAP AT DIFFERENT INCIDENCE ANGLES OF POLARIZED LIGHT

The formulas of reflectivity were derived in one dimensional photonic crystals with the method of characteristic matrix. By this method, the reflectivity of one dimensional photonic crystal of quarter wave stack was calculated when the incidence angles of p polarized light and s polarized light changed. According to the results, the characteristics of the evolution with the incidence angles of one dimensional photonic band gap were discussed .
