Algorithm for Image correction in High Precision Imaging Measurement System

The digital image has distortion because the inherent characteristic of imaging optical system in measuring body′s scale through hig h precision measurement system based on the CCD camera was used as a core compon ent. The distortion model of 3 th polynomial was found based on primary abe rration theory. The scale rebuild was progressed after analyzing and validating the excellence and defect of different interpolation method.The image′s noise c ontrapose one of correction methods filter off. The correction image is approve of fitting high precision imaging measurement through experimentation.
