Design of Speed-adjustment Control System for DC Motor of Aero Film Development

LUO Dong-feng, WEI Ming-zhi ,DA Zheng-shang (Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics ,CAS,Xi'an 710119,China) (Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences ,Beijing 100039,China)  
A circuit control system of speed adjustment for DC motor is designed based on double 89C51 singlechips,and the matched software was programmed to manipulate, digital PID also is realized in the software to control stably. The rules of PID control are obtained by analyzing the stability of system. The parameters of PID are confirmed by large numbers of test. And the practice shows that the control system operates steadily and control precision is surpassed. The control precision of low speed is 3%, and high speed is 1%.
